We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven Services and Applications Engineer to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to grow with a dynamic and expanding company.

Job summary

We are looking for a Services and Applications Engineer to support manufacturing operations. The role focuses on equipment maintenance, application support, and process improvement. Candidates should have an engineering background, be team-oriented, and be able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain CNC machines (Milling, Lathe, ).
• Provide on-site technical support and
• Deliver technical and maintenance instructions to customers regarding CNC machine
• Propose solutions and prepare quotations for spare parts replacement (e.g., linear guide, ball screw).
• Resolve CNC machine-related issues to ensure smooth production
• Design and install automation systems, including robot integration with CNC

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering fields (Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Engineering Mechanics, etc.) from UTE or BKU universities.
• For Mechatronics background: knowledge of PLC and Inverter
• Proficiency in CAD 3D design tools such as SolidWorks and
• Knowledge of CNC machine operation (Milling, Lathe) and CAM software (Mastercam, HyperMill, SolidCAM, Fusion, SolidWorks).
• Understanding of cutting tools and
• 2-3 years of experience with CNC machines is an advantage, or fresh graduates with relevant skills.
