- The rake face uses a special mesh pattern suppresses the progression of delamination and maintains excellent chipping resistance. The flank face is high hardness surface layer suppresses wear. The gold-colored surface makes it easy to identify the used corner. Thick layer and strong adhesion provide stable machining through suppressed wear and delamination.
- CA410K/CA415K uses a newly developed coating and carbide substrate that pursues the performance required for cast iron machining.
